If seeing the words DNA & crisis together in 1 sentence didn’t catch your attention. Then this might mean you do not care enough about your future & those of your coming lineage. I want to dive into the core problem of our DNA damaged, this caused by nutrient deficiency, — aka. lack of vitamins & minerals.

One of the largest defaults stem from the loss of fertile farming soils, and this results in fewer minerals in the organic foods that reach our food markets and eventually end up in our belly. As consumers we are kept in the dark, but the quality of our food has drasticly changed. Conducted studies have shed light on the fact that micronutrient deficiencies are one of the major cause of cancer, and fast aging. These DNA damages have a tremendious impact on our evolution…

Why should soil matter to you, farmers, and the environment?

The soil holds an entire world that feeds us, while also pumping life just beneath our feet! The soil system is a precious, unreplaceable resource that serves as a home for countless animals, plants & essential organisms — supporting various ecosystems and providing us with essential food & resources. A healthy soil must contain minerals, earthworms, residue, microbes, and cover crops.

So it’s safe to say that the soil plays a crucial role in supporting all life on Earth, as also recreational purposes…

Effects of a healthy soil vs. poor soil

Well, well, WHO is Barbara O’Neil?

She is a passionate alternative medicine advocate. With a main focus on holistic health & nutrition. Her extensive research & insights into the relationship between mineral deficiency, DNA damage, and overall well-being have made her a respected authority in this field. Click here to visit her website…

Barbara emphasizes the importance of a mineral-rich diet and the detrimental effects of chemical exposure on human health. What I love about her educational videos is that she covers many different but highly important insights, on alternative medicines instead of promoting a product solver (medecin)… She also highlights the decline in mineral content in our soil due to repetitive farming practices over the years.

“In the unity of soil, information & genes lies the code to a thriving future”.

Help me re-introduce awareness around the cause of our DNA damage.

Like wellness coach, Barbara O’Neil stresses; There is a critical importance for minerals within obtaining & maintaining optimal health. She continuously asserts that even those who consume fruits & vegetables regularly may suffer from a lack of minerals due to modern farming methods. She strongly suggests that having a good diet is not enough anymore. Adding supplements is the least we can do to protect & heal ourselves.

I have many people asking me, why they should try the “POWERCOCKTAIL” or our “RESTORATE” combo;
well if it’s not for this article, then let it be for the fact that many of us go through life feeling sluggish & catching diseases. — Lack of energy, lack of concentration, constipation problems, headaches, and upset stomachs are all symptoms that speak volumes! In the same way that you want people to listen to you, is also the same way your body-aches need your attention.

What impact does a mineral deficiency have?
Research indicates that as much as 92% of DNA damage can be attributed to mineral deficiency. We believe that minerals act as the ‘glue’ that holds our health together. Click here to find these different studies.

Soil Nutrition
A study by Robin J Marles , reveals that the mineral content in soil has significantly decreased over the last 50 years. It explains the importance of replenishing soil, with compost to ensure the health of crops. Ever since scientific evidence has shown that changes in nutrient content may appear to be more dramatic than we thought…

Buy & be Organic
I strongly promote the consumption of organically grown fruits & vegetables. Considering them a necessity rather than an option for a healthy diet. Barbara O’Neil argues that organically grown produce is richer in minerals, making it a more vital choice for overall well-being.
Try and buy your fruits & veggies at your local food market. Living with awareness will take you more energy. But will benefit you in the long run, you will be taking part in expanding your life quality & maintaining your body temple.

SOME TIPS & TRICKS ARE;

  1. Make Conscious Consumer Choices: Start by reading product labels, and choosing organic & natural alternatives. Avoiding products containing harmful chemicals, such as parabens, phthalates, and artificial fragrances.
  2. Use Homemade & Natural Cleaners: This will reduce chemical exposure in your living environment. Simple ingredients like vinegar, baking soda, and essential oils can be powerful. They can be used as safe alternatives to commercial cleaning products. You can also look for DIY cleaning solutions. Or re-think cleaning by buying probiotic products like the ones on the BOMA-webshop.
  3. Buy at your local farmer or week market. Organic farmer's practices minimize the use of synthetic pesticides & fertilizers, offering you a healthier and chemical-free option for your meals. Also, look for seasonal fruits & veggies.
  4. Reduced Plastic Usage: Reduce your exposure to harmful chemicals found in plastics by choosing glass or stainless steel containers for food and beverages. This can also be done by buying wholesale or in bigger quantities. Minimizing single-use plastics not only benefits your health but also contributes to a more sustainable and chemical-free lifestyle. AND LET’S NOT FORGET, it also means you have less garbage to put outside… :)

5. ALWAYS BE happy with the little steps you take!

Let’s remember, that our inner health is the canvas for our outer masterpiece
