My favorite coping ways in the process of change…

January, February — now march?

I want to begin with a positive beginning and end on a positive note. Be light, when bringing your own perception to someone’s reality. ¬Cause collectively we share a reality but let’s refresh and remember every individual person, — has their own little world, burdens — joy and blessings. In 2021, it is obvious how far these can stem from one and another. (mentally, geographically, fiscally).

I write because I can admit that how I see the world is different and depending on many simultaneous in -and outputs daily I can adjust it accordingly, but even in that it is an endless process, where I can just focus on the momentum in what I want to do, or what I am doing.

How does one try to be more aware of themself and others? Here are some of my very own re-styled ways to continue to find · BALANCE ·

  1. SELF- ANALYSATION:
    Take the time to go back to your childhood memories and start digging. — You can call or zoom, your loved ones and ask them how they see you. What you were like as a toddler and growing up.

Seeing yourself in the eyes of those, that changed your diapers or those that showed a sign of caring.

You cannot remember but you will definitely find more of yourself in their answers.

2. REMEMBERING:
Buy yourself a very personal notebook or be modernized in artificial intelligence and write it down in your e-notebook on your phones or tablets.

I have to admit, in some way I love the old fashion pen and paper ways for this growth-exercise.

3. BALANCING:
How can you balance without believing in affirmations?

Get some; SLEEP
Get some; MOVEMENT IN

¬yoga, walking, running, and do stretch DAILY. I have mechanical pains in my upper body, that are caused by a lack of movement and oxygen, to flex the muscles in my upper body. So can I wisely advice you.

Get some; CREATIVE OUTPUT (s)

¬ write, paint, re-style something, re-cycle the known creative outputs, and don’t be creative with excuses, I know. — It’s also a human trait, but whatever you decide to focus on, be mindful in how you talk to yourself before effectively starting

I did do some re-branding, personally as well as collectively.

4. FIND NEW WAYS, IN OLD WAYS;
Many people don't know this about me but I am obsessed with the human body and mind. When I am not talking I am thinking, — Thinking WHY did I want this? What is it bringing me? Is it affecting my mood — — BEING HAPPY IS FEELING BASED.

When in doubt or just curious or, when reflecting and nourishing; FEEL before you get into some spiral of incoming inputs.

5. HEALTHY CARING WAYS;
We have been in this cloudy uncertainty, for more than a year now. WAUWIIIE, WHUT, WHEN, HOW… isn't that the feeling we all have when our smartphones remember us daily what we were up to last year.

··. CARE ENOUGH TO SHOW IT. cause all the expired concerns are not causing lasting change, just distraction, and noise. Don't be the noise in someone's world. Dont put someone back in time if your not planning on flowering or glittering up their lives or re-building it with better bricks.

Be calm, be the rainbow — after a shower of rain … // windstorm // Vulcano eruptions //poverty// loss // war// violence // heartbreaks.
